The 8th Annual Independence Ball - a Veterans Day focused Dinner and Dance on 11 Nov 2022 that will incorporate many of the aspects of a Military Formal Dining Out (the fun associated with the event), but to also provide the opportunity to recognize a Distinguish Veteran, Citizen, Police, Fire, Business, and a Legacy award to who have gone above and beyond for the local community and its veterans. -this year’s theme is honoring Post 275 members the past 75 years. 75th Anniversary of Post 275 Established 16 October 1947. -in detail, the activities of the event will include a dinner, award ceremony and dancing. -the event will be held at the Sterling Event Center, St. Barbara Church, Independence, KY; entertainment is provided by a Master of Ceremonies. Uniform displays, photo booth and fun! -Larry York will be providing catering~ meats, sides, dessert. -Cash Only bar - beer, wine, and spirits -Cash Only raffles
