A ticket grants you access to our exclusive boardroom, where you will be welcomed with an Old Fashioned accompanied by small bites. Once the event is underway, Jade will walk you through the 5 special pours listed below. Knob Creek 18 - Aged 18 years, this is Knob Creek's oldest release to date. Knob Creek 18 is unfiltered. It's part of what gives whiskey its strong flavor and refined character. They call it floc and haze, and it means your 100 proof is 100% as it should be. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof - This release contains an uncut blend aged 8-12 years, highlighting a complex combination of aged oak notes. Drinking lower than its proof, the bourbon trades more typical spice and sweet notes for oak notes, which includes a pleasing funky seasoned oak note that showcases the bourbon’s age. Evan Williams Single Barrel - The only vintage dated single barrel Bourbon on the market. Aged 7-8 years, this bourbon is lush and spicy with notes of oak, honey, apple, and orange with a long, relaxed finish. 1792 Small Batch - This blend has an expressive and elegant flavor profile. Unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced. Coppercraft Blend - This blend of 4+ year old Coppercraft-distilled and 9+ year old sourced Indiana bourbon creates a punchy, spicy whiskey. They use brandy blending and proofing techniques that take three months from barrel to bottle.
