It’s our BIRTHDAY! And you are invited to our Birthday Bath! We are somewhat birthday brats and we are throwing ourselves a celebratory evening to celebrate the beauty and growth we have each experienced. But are we really brats? Cause, we are really good at sharing. In honor of us taking another trip around the sun, we are going to spoil ourselves with a gorgeous night of breath work, doing some reflective writing to commemorate versions of our younger selves, and celebrating our whole beings! We couldn’t do this evening without a lavish sound bath to gift ourselves the moment of rest and peace we all deserve. We’ll have gifts too! I mean what’s a birthday party without gifts! We will send each of you home with an arm full of goodies so you can keep the celebration going! So when is this Birthday Bath going down?
