A small company with a great reputation where everyone matters is looking to expand so are hiring a couple of reliable and hardworking men to join our team. The company specializes in high end custom homes, remodels, and lately pre-fab residential. We handle the rough framing, steel coordination/placement, sheathing, window and door setting, siding, demo and protection required for remodels/additions mostly in and around Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, and Bigfork. Framing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. General hand tools and tool bags are all you need to get started. Must be able to consistantly show up on time, and work hard with the crews assigned. There is no work below anyone, and everyone is a laborer at some point throughout any given day. Must be a team player, and bring a positive attitude to work more often than not. Must be clean cut and sober (a beer or so on your own time isn't what I'm referring too....no showing up still smelling like last nights party favors, hungover, still impaired, etc.). No alcohol or drug use during or before working hours. Must have a valid driver license and reliable vehicle.
