This celebration will include a cacao ceremony, breathwork, and sound bath meditation with time to reflect after. During an equinox, the amount of daylight is equal to the amount of night, we see this twice a year. Spiritually this is representational of balance, a time where we honor our growth and find gratitude for changes that are to come. As we check in with gratitude we shift our consciousness to one of abundance and we honor that through ceremony. Cacao ceremonies are rooted in ancient tradition and help us re-balance our energies from within and open our hearts.
