Responsibilities: -Be able to learn on the job and deliver professional results -Follow the directions of the foreman and know how to work on a team -Care for and safely operate company tools and equipment. -Present yourself professionally and act in accordance with company core values Requirements: -Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record -Have reliable transportation at all times -100% Drug free at all times -Dedicated to our core values: care, humility, integrity and positivity -At least one year experience in the field preferred, but not required -Some experience in hardscape and softscape installs preferred, but not required Compensation and Benefits: -Pay $17-$23/hr DOE plus bonuses -SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match -One week paid vacation after one year employment -A community of team members that meet regularly to grow and encourage one another -Opportunity for promotion and pay raises -Annual boot/work apparel allowance If you resonate with our core values and our story, please apply by visiting or calling 509-270-5501.
