This class is completely interactive; ingredients and tools and will be provided for each guest to participate!In this Cooking Techniques class, you will make your own focaccia bread dough from scratch AND learn how to decorate it with fresh herbs and vegetables to create an edible work of art. At the end of this session, you will take your dough home to be baked! You will also enjoy a taste of LaBelle wine at the beginning of class.
