In this writing workshop we will explore resistance narratives, both historical and contemporary, that challenge, interrogate and rethink systems of oppression like capitalism, white supremacy, and patriarchy. Particularly, participants will use historical representations of resistance to open discussions on power and privilege, and we will use time to construct and visualize our own resistance narratives.
If possible, we ask participants to bring their own notebooks and pens, but there will be supplies available!
