Roll Call by MAC is a premier business networking event that promotes connecting with diverse business leaders. This month’s event will be hosted by Toyi “Jack” Beguedou, owner of Hood Sommelier. Free whisky-tasting class, complimentary refreshments, and drinks will be provided. Toyi “Jack” Beguedou builds community via its dynamic digital platform, the Hood Sommelier. Jack is from Togo in West Africa and resides in Omaha, Nebraska. He is co-host of the YouTube web series MONDAY SUCKS, founder of the trend TRUTH IS BARREL PROOF PODCAST, SCOTCH SCHOOL educational series, AFROFUSION food and spirits, pairing series, and co-owner of GROUPE D'ASSURANCES SOMMELIER. As a native French-speaking immigrant, Jack resonates with the importance of building community. His thoughtful and inspiring approach to content development focuses on humanizing the spirited consumer journey experience. Jack enjoys being an educational resource for consumers and talent in the hospitality community.
