You may not know this, but children in our own community and around the world are hungry.In Stutsman County alone, nearly one in three children are on free and reduced lunches at school. To help them, Kiwanis hosts its annual Kiwanis Against Hunger meal-packaging event. This year, our event is set for 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Jamestown Rural Fire Department. Can we count on you?
