Are you a professional cleaner and need more jobs to take on? Are you passionate about cleaning homes and bringing them back to their former glory? Whether you are looking to increase the amount of work that you already have or in need of part-time work, we want you! We are looking for professional cleaners to assign jobs to in your local market area. (*Cleaners will be assigned a local area to work and assigned work will depend on a need basis. The further you are willing to travel, the more jobs you are likely to receive.) That's right! We have jobs ready for you to take on! We need cleaners that have a high attention to detail and are as thorough as possible. What we do: Our company specializes in providing a high quality cleaning for VACANT residential properties. Each cleaner is expected to clean the ENTIRE home's interior as thoroughly and detailed as possible. We will provide you a detailed list of expectations and tasks to complete upon hire. Tasks will include but are not limited to: Kitchen, kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, toilets, showers/tubs, bedrooms, vacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors, etc. How we operate: The amount of jobs that you take will depend on your schedule and performance. The higher quality of service that you provide, the more jobs that you are likely to receive. When we receive new jobs, we will reach out to you to decide if you want to take on the job. Each job will have a set payment for completion of the job. Before & after photos and invoice will be required for each completed job. Contractors are expected to have a reliable transportation and provide their own tools of the trade. This includes cleaning chemicals, brooms, mops, vacuum, gloves, etc. There will be no limit to how many jobs that you can take on, but performance will matter! We are a premier cleaning service and will require each cleaner to meet the company's expectations. Payments: Payments will be sent 2-3 days after submission of before & after photos, and invoice. Each job will also be walked by a manager to ensure the highest quality was given. Contractors will need to have a bank account which allows for direct deposits or electronic payments. *This is a 1099 independent contractor position and taxes will NOT be taken from your payment. You will be responsible for payment of taxes.*
