We are seeking a qualified maintenance technician to join our team. Responsibilities: - Complete maintenance tickets in a timely manner - Get units ready for rent - this includes painting, laying down flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate) - Resolve any electrical, plumbing, appliance, repairs as needed - Install water heaters, garbage disposal, dishwasher, wall heaters, lighting, etc Requirements: - Applicant must have STRONG construction experience (this is not a beginner position) - Must have a valid driver's license and truck - Must have all basic tools -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Must be hardworking and driven Location: Oakland, Hayward, San Francisco, Richmond Job Type: Full-time Schedule: -8 hour shift -Monday to Friday -No weekends Salary: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour Additional Compensation: -Cell phone allowance ($70/month) -401k plan after 90 days Please email a PDF Copy of your resume
