Looking for a Night Porter for an apartment complex. Hours are between 9PM-5AM, Monday -Friday FULL TIME POSITION (40 HOURS PER WEEK) Also looking for a SATURDAY -SUNDAY 9PM-5AM Position (16 HOURS PER WEEK) A Night Porter is responsible for the safety of the apartment throughout the night, usually between the hours of 9PM-5AM. The night porter is responsible for covering the apartment area throughout his shift. Night porters often make regular rounds of the premises and must keep a log of anything suspicious they notice during the shift. During the night porter's shift, the individual is responsible for general cleaning duties of the property, both in laundry and mail room areas (when needed) along with keeping the parking lot area free from all litter. Experience in private security, janitorial cleaning and night porter a plus. POSITION STARTS ON OCTOBER 3RD, 2022 THIS IS NOT A SECURITY POSITION, SO NO GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED OR NECESSARY.
