Ingles Markets is bringing their Hometown Concert Series to The Village Green! This concert will feature three performances by Joe Lasher, Kaitlyn Baker, and Commodore Fox! This event is FREE for general admission. The concert will be on the first night of the Cashiers Valley Leaf Festival, October 7th from 6pm-8:30pm. Born and raised in Weaverville, NC, country music entertainer and songwriter Joe Lasher has been calling the stage home since he was a teenager. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, a southern gospel singer, and father, the member of a 90’s rock band, Joe has set his sights on capturing the attention of country music lovers. Born and raised in the small town of Pound, VA, Kaitlyn Baker rises from the depths of the coal mines where her family has worked for generations and where the coal dust covers more than just the birds in a veneer of black. Baker has always known that singing would carry her far beyond the Appalachian peaks that she calls home. Referred to as a modern day “coal miner’s daughter,” her pure country voice rings of true and her songwriting rivals Nashville’s finest. Commodore Fox: Towing the line as your favorite party band!
