ENJOY Vinyasa Flow yoga and mindful eating classes in the morning, and throughout the afternoon, learn about anti-inflammatory nutrition and taste raw food smoothies and cookies, receive a free posture analysis, learn about tuning fork sounds and benefits, yoga for stress & anxiety, breath techniques for relaxation & focus, and then top it off with a 30 minute Sound Bath. Stop in just to say hi or stay the entire day.
