This one session class is designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, hospital routines and medical procedures. There will be a one hour lunch break.
Enter the hospital through the Main entrance and take the North Tower elevators to the 5th floor. Look for the green signs to lead you to classroom B . You do not need to bring anything for class. However, you are welcome to bring something to make sitting more comfortable, like a pillow and a water bottle.
Masks are required in the hospital
The $75 charge admits 2 guests to class.
