EBMUD sewer lateral test consists of: 1. Setting up (2) 2" test plugs in existing cleanouts 2. Setting up (3) 4" test plugs in existing cleanouts 3. Solvent cementing (2) 4" pipes to the top of two cleanouts and filling them with water 4. Waiting for up to 3 hours for an inspector 5. Dissassembling the above.
