it looks like a difficult task to decide what to do with him
the court, the judges, the lawyers and legal represenation, public defender, all cost money,
it looks like they need to drug him up, so he is "able to stand trial", at the psych ward,
call nurse ratched now
will his country of origin and/or drug dealer be paying for it ?
