Solo musician looking for a secure place to practice/store your instruments? Look no further! The studio is an interesting shape, but my drums only take up a 6'x5' rectangle, so the rest of the room is open. Plenty of room for some additional chairs/stools/table/workstation etc. **I am looking for solo musicians only (Sorry no bands...no space!)** The space: Looking to share my approx 18x13 studio at The Practice Place in N. San Jose. I have been on the wait-list for over 2 years and finally am getting in at the end of the month. They are the only secure 24/7 rehearsal studio in the bay area. AC/Heat, well lit, secure, 24/7 access, parking, bathrooms, and vending machines. You: Ideal for guitarists, bassists, keyboards, vocalists, producers etc. Must be respectful of the space, be communicative, keep the space clean, no smoking inside the building or unit. Available times are pretty open right now, as I will just practice during the mornings (9AM to noon) so you will literally have the space to yourself from noon to 8AM the next morning if you want.
