Jam Band Guitar Player Seeking Spirited Festival Going Musicians

Hi All - I am a 45 year old guitar player/ singer aiming to create a thriving project for gigs and beyond. I have focused on Grateful Dead/ genre style music for the last handful of years. Looking to make some musical changes into higher energy music. My end goal is to create both original and cover tunes for gigs, festivals etc and to keep people moving! Although I consider myself a jam band player, I love and need structure, surprising tight changes built on theory, modulations, dynamics, peaks and valleys etc. I am looking for other players that can bring songs to the table, whether covers or originals, as long as they fit the profile of the band I am trying to create. I believe in group creativity to build dynamics, everybody has a place.  I can play both rhythm and lead, but not looking to be the whole show. I would consider myself an advanced intermediate player, have music theory education, ability to create simple to complex music. Looking for musical creativity and leadership in each player. I bring a structured approach to a band and have general band management/ leadership experience/skills. In my work life, I have run my own company for the past 20 years and bring a similar thought process to a band. Looking for a more serious project with experienced people to take this eventually to festivals. I believe in creating and manifesting goals and appreciate like minded individuals, as we all know creating music and making it thrive in the world is not an easy task, but with a strong will anything is possible. I live in Marin County/ North Bay and work in Point Richmond. I also have a jam space set up with all equipment needed. I have other players around me, but looking for the right group of folks, therefore depending on what comes of this, I may draw from some folks I already know. Seeking healthy individuals with spirited personalities, motivation, organization and like to focus and have a good time! Ideal band: another Guitar (must be able to sing lead+harmony), bass, drums (+percussion ideal), keys, female vocalists (play horns a plus!). Ideally everyone can sing on some level to add group harmonies. I have been really into listening to Trey Anastasio Band lately, as I really like the make up of musicians. As much as I also love Phish, I feel like Trey's band is more attainable musical speaking. I also have been turned on to goose in the last six months and these guys are impressing me as well (especially with their production).
