bass instructor wanted

I am a beginner base player, have been trying to learning bass for about 1.5 years on and off on my own and I need an instructor that can help get me on track with some basic things like proper technique, theory, exercises, and mostly helping with creating bass lines eventually and improvisation. I have pretty basic musical knowledge from prior instruments. I see instructors offering online lessons but would really prefer in person which is why I'm extending my search here. Able to meet once a week anywhere from 20 min-1 hour depending on what is needed. I have a wide array of personal musical interests: classical music, jam bands, Balkan music and folk music, progressive/psychedelic/indie/classic rock, doom metal. Let me know desired rate, location, professional experience and background, maybe a link to something to confirm personhood. Plz help me. Thanks!
