Kryger Glass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative & Warehouse Associate for our Omaha market. This is a hybrid position where you will work both in the office and warehouse environments. We are an auto glass distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest. This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy service center that includes benefits & vacation time. We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency. Hours are M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Wage starts a $16/hour or depending on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: > Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders > Determines charges for parts requested > Shipping & Receiving of product on forklift and/or cherry picker > Delivery of product to customer. > Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications include the following: > Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs > Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness > Valid driver license > Experience with forklift and/or Picker > Is consistently at work and on time.
