Description

Do you have a legal issue pertaining to housing? Are you being evicted? Is your landlord refusing to make repairs to your home? Do you have questions about your rights as a tenant in Georgia? Our clinic, in partnership with the Homer M. Stark Law Library, will run the second Tuesday of each month beginning on September 13, 2022. Volunteer attorneys will meet with registrants one-on-one for a maximum of 30 minutes. All registrants must arrive at 9:00 am for the morning session and at 1:00 pm for the afternoon session.
