LOST Small Dog. MALE, Carin Terrier. 7lb Medium Length Blond Fur. Named Charlie. Last seen Tuesday morning, Sept 13th 8am on McDowell St near St Mary’s on ‘the Hill’ Several college students saw Charlie Tues morning & told me a father strolling his young daughter picked-up Charlie (presumably to keep him safe). No one knows who this man is or where he lives. Charlie isn’t wearing a collar but he is chipped. He’s very loved - PLEASE HELP. If seen or know where he may be, CALL or TEXT
