Advanced Officer Training - Firearm Qualifications and Taser 7 course

Description

This is mandatory training for all GPD sworn and detention officer personnel. All officers will be issued the new Taser 7 equipment to replace the Taser X2 equipment and will be trained on the Taser 7 course. All training will take place at the Gilbert Public Safety Training Facility Range Bldg. #7. Training hours are 0700-1600 for each day scheduled. Please read the detailed Training Order attached to Joy Vicente's email dated 09/13/2022 for further instructions and equipment required.
