To celebrate Fall, Chef Patti and Registered Dietitian, Kelly Melhorn, will be teaching us how to make their favorite butternut squash soup paired with a salad that includes delicious seasonal vegetables! This Teaching Kitchen will be held onsite at the Optum Cafe.
