Gain an understanding of the Seven Main Chakras in the body. Find out what they do and how they work. Practice a gentle positive cleaning by balancing chakras with a class member using a clearing crystal and pendulum. As a bonus you will get free printed manual with notes sections for you to take home after the class. Wear comfortable clothes you can sit and lie comfortably in. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on the floor during a portion of the class. Only $30 for this hour and a half class. You will leave with a solid foundation of chakras and how to cleanse them to live life balanced to your fullest potential. Bring your own crystal and pendulum.
