ELDOAs are joint specific exercises/stretches that focus on opening space throughout the body.
The benefits of ELDOA include the following:
- better posture
- improved joint mechanics
- reduce/relieve neck, back, hip, shoulder pain
- reduced pressure on the spinal discs
This class is challenging but worth the effort. You will also learn techniques to perform on your own to complement any work done in class.
