Need local boots on the ground for our small storage facility. Facility is remotely run. Duties will include checking locks and using our software to add new ones, blow leaves, occasional light handyman duties and being able to coordinate with other contractors and trades if needed. This should take no more than an hour or 2 a week.
Will pay a base per month plus extra for any out of the normal duties like heavy repairs or clean outs.
