START IMMEDIATELY!!! We are looking for an experienced Outside Porter with light maintenance experience that is dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality to service an upscale residential condominium. In this role you will: Clean and provide upkeep for spaces and building, perform basic repairs, maintain cleaning supplies and operate cleaning equipment. Ensure property appearance always meets or exceed the customer’s standards. Maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash. Complete grounds work as directed by Area Manager which will include picking up trash, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, etc. Cleaning dumpster areas. Must be comfortable working outside RAIN or SHINE! Must be comfortable wearing a backpack blower. Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors and wiping down doors. Effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and customers. Complete work in an efficient and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you! Position Requirements: • Maintenance and/or cleaning experience. • Perform minor fixes as instructed by management. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Attention to detail – meticulous. • Must be a team player - possess a great attitude. • Must be physically dexterous as there is light lifting, bending, and stooping involved. • Be safety minded.
