Boat Crew - Snorkeling Tours

We are currently accepting applications for part-time and full-time boat crew for our snorkeling tour business in Key West. We are looking for outgoing and safety-conscious crew members with outstanding customer service skills. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. We are committed to providing world-class customer service in a friendly and relaxed setting. We run several tours per day with passenger counts ranging from small private charters to 35-person public tours. Confidentiality regarding our guests and private tours is of the utmost importance. Duties Include: * Welcoming guests aboard * Engaging with customers * Assisting guests with snorkeling equipment * Ensuring passengers safety * Ocean safety (water rescue) * Assisting the captain with maintenance and cleaning duties on the boat * Proficient dock line skill (Experience with dock lines is a plus) * Other duties as they arise Requirements: CPR / First Aid training/lifeguard (Preferred but not required) Driver’s License (Preferred but not required) Experienced Swimmers and/or Diver (Preferred but not required) Physically able to move around in a fast-paced environment Pre-employment drug test Required Full-time benefits: Complimentary Employee & Family Tickets Medical insurance Tips Vacation Please send your employment background.
