We are seeking a full time dependable, hard-working ag welder/ag repair individual to join our team and work in the Central Valley CA. This person will MIG & STICK weld, diagnose and repair agriculture equipment including excavators, front end loaders, tractors, grinders, etc., in the yard and in the field with company provided tools. Company vehicle is provided when field work is necessary. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have great attention to detail, great attendance and punctuality, experience running and repairing heavy equipment, welding experience, ability to follow directions precisely from multiple people and highly motivated. Essential duties, and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Requirements & Responsibilities: At least 1 year experience welding Prefer experience in MIG & STICK welding Troubleshooting basic to complex equipment malfunctions or failures safely. Repairing, replacing and/or rebuilding damaged equipment or parts. Pick up parts from vendors, as needed. Shop and equipment clean-up. Follow directions from multiple supervisors. CDL and clean driving record. Highly motivated individual who can efficiently move from task to task without constant supervision. Must be able to speak & write English Must be able and willing to work Saturdays Benefits: Available after introductory period include: paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick time, paid medical insurance, dental/vision insurance, 401K with company match.
