HELP stray cat showed up to my house

A stray cat showed up to our house, we’re not sure if it’s a male or female. The cat looks skinny and ate all of the can food we gave it. It was having a hard time eating and it seems like he or she has some sort of bumps in its mouth. It decided to stay around our house and is meowing constantly. Does anyone work in an organization that can help this cat? I’ve been calling everywhere and no one has room to take him in. I’m scared to take it to a shelter because it will most likely get put down. Please text me or email me if you guys have any ideas
