Sweet Calico needs a quieter home

"Fern" is approximately 6-8 years old and is a former street kitty. Spayed and up to date on all her vaccines (also dewormed, had several rounds of flea and heartworm meds, and FIV/FELV negative). She is a bit shy at first, but incredibly loving once she knows you. She likes to talk and snuggle and will follow you around the house. She is fine with my dogs as long as they respect her space (I have two giant breeds so she's probably good with any calmer sort of pup). I moved in about 2 years ago and she was hanging around so she became a porch kitty first then once I gained her trust she transitioned to an inside only cat about 4 months ago. She's gained a lot of confidence and indoor kitty skills but is just not getting along with my rambunctious 2 year old cat. She's honestly such an incredible cat but my home is busy and loud with a kid and my energetic kitty and she just needs a quieter home to thrive. I will be honest and say she is still learning some of the lessons of how to be an inside kitty, but she's made tons of progress and I'm confident that given a calmer home and a little patience she will become the happiest and sweetest muffin maker in town.
