By combining more than 20 years of greenhouse operational excellence with best-in-class cannabis operators, Flower One offers consistent, reliable, and scalable fulfillment to a growing number of industry-leading cannabis brands Job Purpose: The Cultivation General laborer is responsible assisting with daily tasks for the department in which they are assigned including the year-round Greenhouse (all seasons) located in North Las Vegas, NV. Primary Responsibilities/Tasks: -Placement of Metrc tags on plants -Work in Greenhouse environment during all seasons including summer as assigned -Cleaning & Sanitation: sweeping, mopping, picking up plant waste or trash, throwing out trash, scrubbing, wiping, power washing, washing pots, washing cloning carts and trays, cleaning zone gutters overall detailed cleaning -Plant work: cutting, cloning, topping, plant feeding, pruning, planting, de-fanning, plant harvesting, plant weighing, plant hanging, plant bagging, flower moving, plant tucking and string replacement, potting, plant counting, pruning, plant scouting -Planting blocks (dry or wet), stacking plant blocks, lifting or moving materials up to 55 lbs. -Ability to work overtime based on business needs -Drive cultivation vehicles if trained and/or certified -Ability to drive internal company vehicles for internal movements of raw materials and S.O.F deliveries as needed which include forklift and Ideaal machines (Must be certified by Safety Manger and established as a company driver) -Perform daily tasks as assigned by area Supervisor or Lead General Responsibilities & Tasks: -Beneficial insect hanging, harvesting, hanging flower, bagging flower (dry or wet based on process), weighing flower or waste plant material, moving plants, moving bags of flower, moving bags of plant waste (dry or wet) or trash, -Collecting Metrc tags, -Manicure flower, operate trim machine, -Work in several departments as assigned including Cultivation greenhouse, manicure floor and Neeham Facility as needed to achieve company goals and objectives Requirements Knowledge, Skills and General requirements: -Ability to work safe maintaining OSHA, State and Company compliance while working with others or alone -Follow reasonable Manufacturing Practices -Pay attention to detail of work performed in respective department assigned -Must be able to work up to 12 hours if needed -Ability to follow instructions -Must be on time and ready for work as assigned (Tasks will be assigned daily based on cultivation schedule progression and business needs) -Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as hairnets, masks, gloves, shoe covers, gowns or suits Working Conditions -Working environments include our outdoor climate during all seasons in Las Vegas, NV -Working environments include agricultural work in Greenhouse climates during all seasons in Las Vegas, NV
