PHILADELPHIA — A 22-year-old woman has been reported missing for two weeks and was last seen in West Philadelphia near the Lower Merion Township border, according to Philadelphia Police. Police said Alleisha Mercer, 22, was last seen back on Sunday, Dec. 20 on the 7200 block of Haverford Avenue in Philadelphia, about half a mile from Lower Merion's Penn Wynne section. Mercer was spotted at 11:15 p.m. that date. Police said she is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has an average build, a medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. It's unclear what clothing she was wearing when she was seen on Dec. 20.
