We're building an original rock band. Looking for creative players who want to write and express themselves. Need bass, drums, and lead guitar. Currently, we are a frontman and a guitarist. Both sing and write. We have plenty of recordings and videos to show you about our past, but we can't post them here. We will send upon contact. Frontman is heavily influenced by Sex Pistols, AC/DC, Stooges, Motorhead, Social Distortion, Guns N' Roses, Nine Inch Nails, Sisters Of Mercy, Johnny Cash, Billy Idol, White Zombie: wild, rebellious, adrenaline pumping, driving rock n' roll. He's big on energy and message. Guitarist is influenced by Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, and loves Red Hot Chili Peppers. He appreciates poetry, songcraft and unique musicianship. We're both into The Cult and The Doors. We don't care what you're into, so long as we think it's cool and it works with us (we're into all sorts of music): Metal, Funk, Punk, Alt, Hip Hop, Blues, whatever... come bring your unique flavor to our melting pot. We'll let the players decide what kind of band we are - hopefully it's something unique. We will not be playing paid gigs next week (or even next month - most likely). This band will not be able to sustain you financially for a long time (if ever). This is not a cover band - although good players from cover bands, who want to transition to writing, are welcome. This is for making art. Anything else that comes of it (and we will try our hardest) is a bonus. We will be writing a great album, recording it professionally, and using all our connections and resources to get the best gigs possible - anywhere in the country or the world. We will be using all our efforts and resources to take this thing as far as we can. We will write as a band and share writing credit equally. We already have licensing connections and booking connections as well as other connections all over the industry. We will try our best not to play to empty dive bars. We will try our best to get paid. We're also 2 laid back guys who have a LOT of fun doing this and hope the rest of our band will as well. Bring your sound. Bring your passions. Bring your opinions.
