Looking to hire 2 handymen to finish small repairs tomorrow in Malibu. ** Repairs are listed in order of importance** Kitchen - install kitchen sink faucet - Install Moen 1/2 hp garbage disposal - Remove tape from pocket door Bedroom Large - install mirror closet slide track on floor and assure they move well Bedroom Small - Add one wheel to one closet door and put back and make sure it moves well - apply frost window tint to the bottom window only Bathroom Up - install bathroom sink faucet - repair exhaust fan that came loose - Repair one bathroom recessed light that came off - change shower head, faucet and tub drain cover - install 24” of baseboard in bathroom Bathroom Down/ Powder Room - Hang mirrors - Install vanity hardware knobs - Install toilet paper holders and towel bars Bathroom Down - Install toilet paper holders and towel bars Office / Den - apply frost window tint to the bottom window only Front Entry - Repair front screen door so it shuts properly by adding a hinge and moving the upper hardware to correct location - Touch up paint on front screen door handles - Touch up paint on front door where peeling on side Living Room - Install Milgard sliding glass door handle - replace broken exterior sliding door trim - Hang mirrors Please send hourly rate and the number of hours it will take you to finish the list, along with three client references and photos of past work.
