Pleas Help Find my Boy! Last seen Tuesday morning 8am on McDowell St.near St Mary’s. Small 7lb, Can’t rn Terrier, male, 8 yrs old, not wearing a collar but he is chipped. Charley went out to use the potty in my fenced backyard & vanished about 2am Tuesday. At 8am he was seen by several college students on McDowell St.& I was told there was a bearded man who was strolling his young daughter. The man pick-up Charlie & said he’d take care of him.
