MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN WITH CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE

OVERVIEW We are looking for a hard-working handyman carpenter to join our team. In this position, you will help with various projects and other maintenance related tasks. A few examples of upcoming projects include: 1. Building a roof/ deck over a recently fenced area used for storage 2. Building stairs for access to the new roof deck 3. Plumbing 3/4 inch copper pipe for compressed air and 4” galvanized ducting for dust collection in workshop 4. Refinishing outdoor furniture To be a good candidate for this position, you must be capable of completing most basic maintenance and repair tasks without any supervision. That means you must be comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools to complete your assigned projects. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong Work Ethic - Detail-oriented - Quick learner - Good listener - Honest Additionally, you must have reliable transportation and eventually will need to provide both a character and professional reference that is willing to speak to me over the phone and vouch for you. PAY: Compensation will begin at $15 per hour and you will be paid in cash at the end of each week. Hard work will earn you cash bonuses and pay increases will come when you have proven your value. This is a part time position with the possibility of becoming full time. Hours are flexible and can work around your schedule.
