America Roofing Commercial Roofing Superintendent · Consistent Year-round Work · Weekly Pay Job Requirements & Responsibilities: The Project Manager will provide support to operations manager with any upcoming and ongoing commercial roofing projects. This job will require the ability to communicate and perform at a high level. · Excellent customer service skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organization skills · Ability to work with others well · In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office · Supporting Division Manager · Roofing and/or General Contracting knowledge required · Create, track, and process Change Orders · Communicate with General Contractors, Owners, and other clients regarding change orders, schedules · Problem solve potential issues · Keep track of multiple project schedules and deadlines · Coordinate and secure closeouts documents for completed projects · Perform take-offs for accurate material ordering · Assist with procuring material for projects Compensation · Regular compensation reviews · $65,000 - $80,000 DOE Benefits · Employer sponsored healthcare options including medical and dental · 401(k) savings plan · Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, Annual Performance Bonus Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Project management: 3 years (Required)
