HELP a mother and child

A friend of mine is recently homeless on the street with an 18 month old child. She needs help. A place to bath her child! A place for even a night would help. I have been calling all the shelters and no beds are available. If you know of any resources Such as churches please email me. Thank you so much. I would take her in myself but I am living in a shelter. god bless
