$25 an hour for weed eating, trimming, etc

I am looking for part-time help to maintain my property in Gordonsville. Most of the work would be weed-eating around the fields, trimming, and keeping the ATV trails cut back. I have all the equipment (Stihl) and would pay weekly in cash. The pay rate is $25 an hour, and the work would be between 5 to 10 hours a week. You could work any day or any time you choose to.
