We're looking to add to our growing team of maintenance professionals to support 20 (and counting!) locations from Woodland Hills to Costa Mesa. Working with our current maintenance team, the new Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance repairs on facility equipment and property structures in addition to grounds maintenance—all work to be completed in compliance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations. What You'll Do: This position will incorporate different trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting  Maintain your schedule of repairs based on the order of priority  Basic to strong HVAC knowledge Maintain inventory repair equipment, and supplies Implement preventative maintenance measures  Complete inspections and service requests arranged by management  Assembly and appliance installations  Various maintenance-level tasks per request of management What You'll Need: Must possess a valid California Driver's License Must have own basic tools Reliable transportation Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs., including climbing ladders Must be able to climb, squat, bend, kneel, etc. Must possess practical communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a related field *Keep in mind that this position requires full-time availability, and some projects will require work before and after store operation hours.
