IT Creations, Inc is in need of a full time Custodian Worker who will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of our premises. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as washing floors, emptying trash cans, keeping kitchen and bathrooms stocked with supplies throughout the day, and other related duties. What you will do: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Clean and polish office furniture and fixtures. Dust office furniture, walls, monitors, and equipment. Damp clean window ledges Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Clean Refrigerators and microwaves, inside and out Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restock supplies as needed. Clean, sanitize toilet seats, bowls and urinals. Remove spots, stains and splashes from wall and counter tops. Remove finger prints and sanitize door frame, light switches, kick plates, push plates, handles, and railings. Keep supply room organized and stocked Report low stock on supplies Keep the property safe for those who work there and any visitors Other needed duties as assigned What we expect from you: Minimum Education: High School Diploma preferred Minimum Experience: Janitorial Experience 1 year preferred Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies. Familiarity with different cleaning supplies and equipment, and the ability to read and comprehend the English language. Mixing chemicals and cleaning supplies is a routine part of the job, and janitorial worker must know which supplies they can and cannot mix. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects Must be able to walk up and down the stairs United States work authorization required What’s in it for you?
