Situation is my husband is in hospice phase Rare form of dementia & stage 4 acute renal failure! My lease is up at my rental house on September 30th, I am not renewing the lease because once my husband passes I will not be able to afford the rent I sold his car and I sold my van and bought a small mobile home! I sold about 90% of what was in my house and paid a contractor $2600 and I bought all the materials! He did some work over 10 days and kept asking for more money and more money, One day he just up and left with all the materials I bought and left me with the trailer that is not finished! I am praying the hardest I can that there is some volunteers my angels out there that can help me pull the trailer together so I can bring my husband over there to pass away at home as he wishes! There’s some slight painting left to do! Trim needs painted and put up & baseboards! all the drawers need knobs and cabinets fronts need hinges put on and rehung, in the kitchen! Bathroom needs to be completely painted, medicine cabinets put back on the wall! Both bathroom sinks need to be installed and new faucets put on! Kitchen sink needs faucet installed! Hood range over the stove needs to be installed! One light fixture in the kitchen needs to be installed! I receive my Social Security on 3rd October I could probably give a little bit of money to someone if they could help me with any of these projects it would truly be a blessing! I don’t have much left to give! I have replaced all the materials needed I just need some help putting things back together! Thank You 🙏 AnnaMarie Attached is the supposedly the contractors license, he has scammed tons of people in Lane county and beyond! He now has over 20 lawsuits against him! police said it’s a civil matter there’s nothing they can do so this gentleman is going to keep stealing from families and the elderly in our community it’s disgusting!
