We have an immediate job opening for a Receptionist/Shop Assistant. Duties Include: Greeting and directing customers Answering and directing calls Calling customers Balancing daily invoices, including cash reconciliation Assisting Service Writers Provide back up support for Service Writer and Manager All filing Pick up and drop off of parts and people Keep shop and grounds clean Keep shop vehicle clean Clean customer vehicles as needed What we want you to Bring: Experience with Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills. Upbeat front desk personality Strong organization and time management skills Positive and productive attitude. Verifiable work history Professional dress & demeanor Ability to pass background check Valid Driver’s License We provide a drug free atmosphere to all of our staff!! Part time to start 11:00 to 5:30, more hours available as soon as all tasks are mastered. Pay: 16.00 per hour start
