Please share to peeps in the Parkrose MS/HS area, in NE Portland, Oregon. NE 113th between Shaver/Fremont Ct. My Basenji girl, Rebel, escaped last night when hubby was putting out the bins. She is almost 4yo and has NEVER been loose before and is afraid of EVERYONE & EVERYTHING. She will be fearful… do not entice her with another dog. If there is a sighting, please email me.
