LOST BLACK CAT

Description

Lost black cat named Birdie. Short black hair with light green eyes. Approximately 8lbs(?) No collar, but he is chipped. He is an indoor only cat that went missing 9/1 through an open window - his very first time outside on his own. His brother was seen on SW Ridgeview that evening, but no sign of Birdie. We may have spotted him in West Portland Park on 9/11, but he ran away into to the fenced area around the water tower. It is not like him to run away when called, but he is most likely afraid of EVERYTHING at this point.
