In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to understand the current challenges, identify temporary fixes and propose long-term solutions. You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you’ll need to exercise good judgment and find solutions that solve challenges. The ideal candidate is self-starting, curious, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, innovative and deadline driven. This candidate can facilitate conversations, is able to read through and digest complex processes to distill themes, and can leverage qualitative and quantitative data to paint the big picture. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll: Evaluate company-wide, team specific and org-level processes for tech procurement through conversations and in-depth review of documented steps.Understand inventory planning, constraints and logistics processes.Review and optimize end-to-end RL Device procurement (e.g. ordering, shipping, set up, support).Explore asset management transfer from manager to worker.Define and analyze metrics that inform the current state vs. the ideal state of procurement.Create or adapt existing solutions to achieve objectives.Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within RL Design and with the wider  enterprise organization.Act as the first point of contact for new hires and their managers to troubleshoot and solve individual issues.Guide team members on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.Evaluate and monitor procurement/deployment performance to create baselines and benchmarks.
